Returns & Refunds
14-day return window
You have 14 days from the date of delivery to return any watch for any reason. No questions asked. Contact us at sales@londonwatchmarket.co.uk before returning — we will provide the returns address and packing guidance.
Condition on return
The watch must be returned in the same condition it was received, with all original accessories included (box, papers, additional straps) if these were part of the sale. We reserve the right to reduce the refund if the watch has been damaged after receipt.
Return postage
Return postage costs are at your expense unless the watch is faulty or materially different from its description. We recommend using a fully insured, tracked service (Royal Mail Special Delivery for UK returns). We are not responsible for items lost or damaged in return transit.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the return, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. If the watch is faulty or materially misrepresented, we will also refund your return postage costs.
Faulty or incorrectly described items
If a watch arrives faulty or is materially different from its description, please contact us immediately with photos. We will arrange a prepaid return label and issue a full refund including any postage costs incurred.
International returns
International buyers follow the same 14-day window. Return shipping costs and any import duties on the return shipment are at the buyer's expense. Please mark the parcel clearly as a return to avoid customs delays, and contact us before returning so we can provide the correct documentation.
